7-Day Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it
Unworn or unused
With tags and in its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return:
To start a return, contact us at support@thefantasycentre.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Doha, Qatar.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue an immediate cash refund. You’ll receive the refund in cash at the time of return.
